<p>Ducati has revealed the new Monster 2026, a completely reimagined model centered around an 890 cc V2 engine. This twin-cylinder powerplant features variable valve timing and produces 111 hp at 9,000 rpm and 91.1 Nm of torque at 7,250 rpm, with over 80% of torque available from 4,000 to 10,000 rpm.</p><p>The aluminum monocoque chassis is paired with a twin-sided swingarm inspired by the Panigale V4, while the rear subframe combines steel and reinforced polymer to keep the weight down to just 175 kg (dry).</p><p>Suspension comes from Showa, featuring a 43 mm upside-down fork and a preload-adjustable monoshock. Braking performance is ensured by Brembo components, with 320 mm front discs, a radial master cylinder, and M4.32 calipers.</p><p>Packed with advanced technology for its segment, the Monster 2026 incorporates ride-by-wire control and a 6-axis IMU. It will be offered in Ducati Red and Iceberg White, in both standard and Monster+ versions—the latter including a windscreen and passenger seat cover. Both variants will also be available in a 35 kW A2 license-compatible option.</p>
